Shipping policy

Digital delivery – no physical shipment

All products in this shop are digital licenses or account access. There is no physical shipping, and no shipping costs apply.

Delivery time

Delivery is automatic by email, usually within a few minutes of receipt of payment. In individual cases (e.g. when a payment is checked manually), delivery may take up to 24 hours. Our support is personally available Mon–Sun from 10:00 to 22:00; outside these hours delivery is automated.

What you receive

You receive by email: the license key or the sign-in details of the provided account, a download link (where applicable), a step-by-step installation and activation guide, and your invoice.

Email not received?

Please first check your spam/junk folder as well as the "Promotions" tab. Make sure the email address provided at checkout is correct. If the email has not arrived after 24 hours, please contact us with your order number at info@bulkshopforall.com or via our support bot (https://t.me/bulkshopforallsupport_bot) – we will resend your delivery immediately.

Right of withdrawal for digital content

For digital content, the right of withdrawal may lapse with your express consent and the start of performance (delivery). Your statutory rights in the event of defective digital products remain unaffected. Details can be found in our withdrawal policy.
