Refund policy

Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, craft or profession:

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

For contracts concerning the supply of goods, the withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the last of the goods.

For contracts concerning the supply of data which is not supplied on a tangible medium and is produced and provided in digital form (digital content), the withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract was concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Arbaz Mohammad, BulkShopForAll, Kreuzbergstraße 6, 66333 Völklingen, Germany, Tel.: +49 179 1655296, Email: info@bulkshopforall.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the enclosed Model Withdrawal Form, although this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs arising from your having chosen a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

For contracts concerning the supply of goods, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. This deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or Premature Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of contracts for the supply of digital content if we have begun to perform the contract after you have expressly consented to us commencing performance before the end of the withdrawal period, you have confirmed your knowledge that, by giving such consent, you lose your right of withdrawal, and we have provided you with a confirmation of the contract, reproducing the content of the contract including the aforementioned conditions for the premature expiry of the right of withdrawal, on a durable medium.
